Windows explorer works very slow

Problem:
- Upon
  - Opening new directory
  - Changing file name
  - Creating new file
- Windows , Explorer reacts very slow
Solution
- Original post
- Regedit
  - Navigate to
    - ComputerHKEY_CLASSES_ROOTDirectoryBackgroundshellexContextMenuHandlers
  - Delete
    - ContextMenuHandlers
